Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 total price required at booking to secure your date. The next payment is due 6 months before the event, and the remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the date of the event.

Horse and Carriages for Rent

Live Oak Belgians offers two classic French style wedding carriages as well as “Western Themed” wagons.

Victoria Carriage

This is a two passenger carriage pulled by one horse.

These are elegant and comfortable carriages that are also appropriate for persons with physical limitations to enter and ride in

Vis-à-Vis Carriage

The Vis-à-Vis, in French means, Face-to-Face. It carries 4 adults comfortable and is typically pulled by one horse (2 horses depending on conditions).

Open Air Country Wagon

Elevate your wedding experience with our "Open Air Country Wagon," offering not just transportation but a journey of enchantment to our scenic wedding meadow. Picture your guests being whisked away amidst the beauty of the Mission Valley, as the wagon gently rolls towards the meadow with the Mission Mountains as a breathtaking backdrop. Whether it's a leisurely ride for your bridal party or a charming entrance for your guests, let our wagon transport you to your dream outdoor wedding setting in style and comfort.

When you hire us for your wedding day, we will be there for a maximum of 6 hours. Various services that we can provide at your wedding include:

Attend Wedding Rehearsal

Transport guests to the Wedding

Transport the wedding party parents to the Wedding

Deliver the bride and the brides chaperone to the wedding-walk

Transport the Bridesmaids and Groomsmen to the Wedding

Upon the “ceremony conclusion", the bride and groom will be met by the carriage for a short private "champagne ride", while the wedding guests reassemble

Attend photo sessions.
